SHUTTING my eyes for bed the night after my first motocross session, I found the lively graphics of this fast-paced game projected on to the back of my eyelids, a chaos of ant-like motion. When I awoke I was surprised to be hungry for more. I hadn't suspected that a game on a sport I knew so little about would be so addictive. And yet Silkolene Honda Motocross GP got me. The gameplay has occasional slow patches, but on the whole is frenetic, muddy and eager; the general principle is the faster you go, the easier the bike is to control, although you will wipe out in a spectacular manner before too long. Tweak your bike if you know how; otherwise saddle up and hit the accelerator.
